Let me explain it so you understand it. His opinions are not based on any realistic assessment of what actually happens in commerce, any commerce. he attaches permission to Indian commerce to settlement of larger issues, which I take to mean Kashmir. Ha! Wake up kid. people do commerce either overtly or covertly for their own profit, not to resolve Kashmir problem. Particulary a senior member should have a certain depth of thinking. Med911 admits that most of India-Pak commerce is black market. So you think these guys are going to stop doing it and stop making crores of rupees because they worry about what Med911 thinks?

Do you honestly think that even one rupee of commerce will stop because Med911 would like to settle Kashmir issue before trading with India?

First of all, you HAVENT read any of what I actually said…
YOU did not challenege any of my assertions.
And whether you like it or not, the oppinon is not one limited to me. Infact, this has been the main reason why Pakistan hasn’t allowed India access to Afghanistan.

This is reality. We do NOT trust India.
Kashmir is the biggest issue, but there are others as well…

Try to refute this…

1. Afghanistan is a nation which has always harbored resentment and hostility towards Pakistan. Because it seems your not educated enough to understand this, I suggest you brush up on your history.

2. India is another country with a known history of hostility and resentment towards Pakistan.

3. How can Pakistan allow India acces to Afghanistan and there by increase its influence in that country? This would be tantount to allowing our enemies to surround us.
   Why should we facilitate our enemies?

4. As regards Indian exports to Pak in general..
   India is a much larger economy. Do we really want Indian products flooding our markets?

5. If Pakistan becomes to dependant on the Indian Market, does tht not weaken our standing in terms of our negotiating power? India which is more then satisfied with the status quo would have no reason to hold negotiations..

6. All these issues can only be resolves if all outstanding issues are resolved and we can trust the Indians on a level we do not currently.
