so from an indian citizenshhip perspective, what is the status of the kids born in UK of Indian workers on temp visas there and thus making their kids ineligible for UK citizenship?
from what it seems if an Indian citizen's child is born overseas and is in a situation that the kid is not going to get the citizenship of that country then teh kid will get indian citizenship.
so your point in post #22 is not valid. because the kids that I am noting who were not eleigible from british citizenship, travelled to india on their indian passport.
