My wife and many other family members wear it out of their own choice and I don't see any problem with it. So I voted no.

I think it should be banned. By muslims anyway. It's not part of our religion. You wanna wear hijab, go right ahead. But no reason to wear a niqaab. Especially with the security situation now, people can masquerade easily as innocent women under them.

you misunderstand. what if some snooty frenchie decides your desi body looks like its hiding a ton of explosives by the shape of your jeans from behind. and decides you cant wear them anymore unless your body fits a french mold. are you going to take that lying down pal?
