Whats with this trend of Hamari koi Branch nahi.. Seen that in Multan in Sohan Halwe wali market.. Seen this for Nimco.. Even some ReRhi wali Haleem Farosh in Bengali PaRa has this ‘Ghaseeta Khan ka Mashoor Haleem - Hamari koi Branch nahin’
This store opened in the 1950s after Haji Muhammad Jan migrated from New Delhi to Pakistan in 1948. Knowing that his wife’s recipe of *Arwi kay pattay *would become an instant hit, he opened Saltish Snacks stocked with savouries out of his wife’s cookbook. The *Arwi *or Colocassia leaves (also known as a form of Taro) are stacked, rolled into spirals with a spiced chickpea paste, steamed and then fried to make *patra *or Arwi pattay ke roll, the famous Gujarati Farsan. For nimco, though, once the chili- and turmeric-infused dough has gone through the relentless shredder, the snack is deep fried with Arwi leaves, peas and peanuts.
We have one in Karachi, Saddar. I’m sure a lot of people know about it. AND…Its kind of true. Lately (on my last visit to Pak) I found the same packets in Gulshan Super Market and bought it as I didn’t want to go to Saddar especially. It was all Naqli No freshness!!
Nimco from Nimco Saddar has the best items including batata wadas Any nimco item is undoubtedly fresh and tasty. They said right, “hamari koi branch nahi hay”, I experienced it and I would never risk to buy the same Nimco packets from any other markets than Nimco Saddar itself, now!!
Quality or no quality, most business don't have branches.. but still evern bun kabab walas write on their thelas.. hamari koi branch nahin.. seems this is trick to attract desi customers
LOL. log pagal thori hain. Aik hi insaan kitni bar attracted hoga?? People might get to them at first glance but they won’t go back to the same shop/thela if the product wasn’t good enough.. They might grab a one-time-customer with such slogans but they can’t make them revisit their shop!!

A must MUST MUST try if you go to Nimco Saddar. 2 meri taraf se bhi khaa lena…Oh mi God, I am craving for it now, its simply tastytytytyytytytytytytyytty with the Chatni they provide with it. I can eat 4 at a time…garam garam, chatni bhi unique hoti hay iski!!!
