My problem with making rotis starts not at the roti making stage - it’s the ATTA!!! What quantities of atta:water do you use to goondh the atta? How do you goondh it? My atta is NEVER right - either too dheela or too sakhth.
HOW DO YOU GET THE PERFECT ATTA???

i can’t make rotis for the life of me. i try and i try and they taste hard and feel hard. its a disappointment lol.
i know you said for recipe you take the ingredients and add a little water at a time.. but that doesn’t seem to work for me.
would you have exact amount of dough with exact amount of water? and do you do the whole making the “pera” to get a round roti? i am one confused chick when it comes to roti lol.

Well, there isn’t an exact measuremet but what I do is take the atta and slowly pour water as I bring the wet dough together. Eventually it forms into a nice dough but alright, one of these days, I’ll do a video.
