Over the years, as a true Muslim (by that I mean the one who cant survive without his dose of daily meat), I concluded that more beautiful and innocent looking the animal is, more delicious its meat is going to be. That is one reason we dont eat dogs but love to eat roasted baby goat.

I am sure they are :D. Btw, rabbit meat is highest in protein and lowest in fat. Very healthy.

hmmm In my teenage years I was a bit more adventerous, tried maghaz a couple of times, and have had some great khat -a -khat during my school years in Karachi. But we'd always tell them to hold the gurda and kapooray, but God knows what they would do, anyway it was quite delicious. Now I can't even think of things like that; I get a gag reflex.

@TLK i actually had rabbit meat, my dad fed it to us, we found out later that it was not duck but rabbit
@sheyn I have tried everything on the list, and all at one time too, if you get the katakat with everything in certain dhabbas, u get all that and more, but it tastes fantastic and you just enjoy it and dont ask or think about what all could be in there. plus I am sure in those low quality hotdogs I have eaten they probably include everything

By the way Pakistanies are not the only people who eat organ meat - all the central asian muslims love it.
And these africans also like these payas and other things - but their cooking is smelly with fishiness. But our such dishes are not fishy in taste/smell!

not a fan of paaye that much...but nahari and maghaz are the best dish ever....i totally LOVE them...
i know ppl eat ojree too
