But same can be said about these Pakistani delicacies unless you have eaten them and enjoyed you cannot appreciate them. nuf said. :snooty:

Brains particularly goat brains are a sweet delicacy i adore.

I also like eating the cartilage of any halal animal too.

As well as that i like eating the fatty bits on mutton. :yummy:

I also once had the pleasure of trying many other less apetizing dishes but needless to say they were not something i would try again… :zobo:

I’ll admit i love eating small game bones and all! :cb:

Nihari is good only if its from jawaid Or Zahid .... with maghaz or Nali ...

they use ZABAN of COW in every Shop OF Haleem ..

Do you have any data to substantiate your claim. I have tried to look to find out how much cholesterol , fat , calories in a plate of nihari , paa-a has but could not come up with some authentic source.

I eat the home cooked one with nihari masala and beef shank , all the fat extra fat is removed. May be next time we will roast the meat and then cook nihari so that fat from inside that meat also melts away. :ahaa:

Cow meat, animal organs (liver, brain, etc), shell fish are high in cholesterol. I was advised by my doctor to limit these food items when my own level got borderline. Bone marrow and fat (which is what payai is made of) is also high in cholesterol. I am sure if you google or use wiki or WebMD you will find more of the info.
