I know you didn't want girls' opinions on this, but I figured I'd add some to the many you've already gotten:
Seems like as long as the guy is interesting and funny, I'm interested. I'm usually drawn to some sort of gentleness and good will as well. But he shouldn't be a wimp.
Anyway, I got a nice guy, so I'm happy :).
Nice guys DO EXIST. They're diamonds in the rough but they do exist, trust me. How will you know they're "nice"? They are perfect gentlemen without putting up the act of being something that they're not, they don't put women in compromising situations, and earn (rather than demand) respect through good deeds and solid character.

Anyway one quality of a nice guy we "the guys" attributed to them/us was that they compromise too much. As in they dont wear the pants family. They share them. A big no no from the more experience lot of us. Anyway point is moot as more females are responding that guys...
Do nice guys finish last? Nobody knows...it all depends on external factors.
A nice honest, loving, caring...commited man...who likes to get "busy" ;)

Commitment is just wrong. You should be happy with 4 out of 5. And i would be stretching the definition of honest to include it in a possibility.
