Re: NFL
Week 6: Add another rout to Patriot’s resume as Dallas gets outscored 27-10 in second half. Sustained drives, 3rd down completion, Welker, Moss and Stalworth were the story. I was a bit surprised that Dallas despite having the ground game with Barber and Jones did not utilize them properly. Tom Brady looks very comfortable with this offense, even if Moss is not open, he has too many options. The second half comeback when New England were down 24-21 was one to watch. Touchdown, field goal, touchdown, field goal, touchdown. Dallas defense was unable to stop them. We could have been talking about record points had Moss made those two grabs in the end zone, one got dismissed by the challenge the other by penalty.

Some important notes from this game;
- Brady had his biggest game of the season with 31 of 46 for 388 yards 5 touchdowns
- Wes Welker had the break out game with 11 rec 124 yds and 2 tds.
- Even without the ground game, New England dominated and never looked troubled.
A. Peterson single handedly broke the Chicago Bears’s defense.
20 Rush, 224 yds 3 TDs.
It was like watching Bears vs Peterson who had two 60+ yds gain. Unbelievable. Bears’s defense is not the same, they have given up too many yds at crunch time. Last week against Lions and this week vs Peterson. Even if they are starting to properly use their offense, the defense looks tired, is injured and is not fighting with the same passion and mentality as they did past two season.

Chargers are finally realizing how important LT is to their team.
24 Rush, 198 yds 4 TDs against Raiders.
Even if the game was against Oakland, this win will go a long way for the Chargers who understand that more LT means that their defense gets rest, Philip Rivers, who is still new gets less pressured and they have the long drives that wore down their opponents.

NFC East and AFC West have the team that will challenge the elites.
Giants have the ground game, WR and defense. Even if Manning is patchy, he has build the confidence to manufacture game winning drives. Moreover, game against Redskins and Jets shows that New York has the ability to come from behind.
Eagles have McNabb and Westbrook. Add Kevin Curtis and the offense looks lethal. Their defense is good but injuired, even than the vetern squad has what it takes to challenge big teams.
Kansas City Cheifs are finally getting their offense in order. Huard, Gonzalez, Bowe and L. Johnson. Their defense needs to be consistent.
