Very interesting synopsis. Can explain why postmortem is not being allowed. Did the bullets really hit her? Bu;let wound in the abdomen - where did that come from? People need to know the truth. Zardari should allow the autopsy and prove who is lying.
Can you first explain why the video makes it very obvious that she was shot Mr. Malik?

I think everybody here and the world knows how she died. Everything else is just word play, knowing that the real culprit will never be caught.
It is simply sad and distasteful that she cannot have even a peaceful death.

And I have already commented on the video and now do believe it was a combination of the bullet and sunroof lever hitting her that killed. Though just the bullet alone would have killed her.

The government, citing a report from doctors at the hospital where she died, said she was not hit by any of the bullets, but was killed when the force of the blast slammed her head into a lever on the vehicle’s sunroof.
However, a copy of the medical report sent to reporters by a prominent lawyer who is a board member of the hospital said the doctors had made no determination about whether she was shot.
It gave the cause of death as “open head injury with depressed skull fracture, leading to cardiopulmonary arrest.”
The report, signed by seven doctors at the hospital, said that when Bhutto was brought in, she had no pulse and was not breathing. Blood trickled from a wound on the right side of her head and whitish material that appeared to be brain matter was visible. Her clothes were soaked with blood. The medical team worked for 41 minutes to try to resuscitate her before declaring her dead.
The report said her head wound was an irregular oval shape measuring about 2 inches by 1.2 inches. No surrounding wounds or blackening were seen.
“No foreign body was felt in the wound. Wound was not further explored,” it said.
The report was released by prominent opposition lawyer Athar Minallah, who is a member of the board that oversees Rawalpindi General Hospital. He said that the doctors had called for an autopsy to definitively determine the cause of death, but that Rawalpindi police chief Saud Aziz refused.
“The wound might appear to be a bullet wound, but without an autopsy no doctor would ever be able to give a conclusive opinion that it was or it wasn’t a bullet wound,” Minallah said. “Without an autopsy there can be no investigation at all.”
However, Aziz denied that he refused to authorize an autopsy.
“I have not told anyone about stopping the post-mortem,” he told The Associated Press. “It is a legal requirement, but again it is dependent upon the legal heirs of the deceased.”
In a news conference Sunday, Bhutto’s widowed husband,** Asif Ali Zardari, confirmed that he had refused a request to perform an autopsy,** saying he did not trust the government of President Pervez Musharraf to carry out a credible investigation. He also rejected the government’s account about his wife’s death as “lies.”
Interior Ministry spokesman Javed Iqbal Cheema said Bhutto’s family was free to exhume her body for an autopsy if it wished.

No, it does not make it obvious that she was shot. All I see is BB ducking upon hearing the shots. Only an autopsy can truly reveal whether she was shot or guman missed. Autopsy will also clarify whether she was shot in the abdomen as suggested by Farooq Naik (BB's lawyer and a senior PPP official) with the possibly that she may have been shot inside the car? Only one one to prove or disprove all the theories. What is Zardari afraid of?

The question is not about who refused the autopsy and why it wasnt done. The video serves as an evidence against govt's last official statement about her cause of death where they said there were no bullet wounds although they said earlier that cause of death was bullet wounds. The official govt. statements have flip-flopped.

yes she may have hit the sunroof/lever blah blah after she was hit on the skull/neck from the left side of the vehicle as seen clearly in the video. Whether a combination of these wounds killed her, im not sure.

In Pakistan, people can accuse others of anything, be that logical or illogical and unfortunately most illiterate and emotional Pakistanis can believe any accusations to be true.
As for accusation that there was hand of PPP in killing of Zia, that accusation is very old. Many in Pakistan do believe that PPP militant wing Al-Zulfiqar (that is what people believe that Al-Zulfiqar was PPP militant wing) killed Zia (Al-Zulfiqar is one of many who are accused of murder of Zia).

^ there are certain accusations which make sense, but to blame the PPP for the death of Zia is just laughable. May I also remind you the official FBI investigation (since their high profile people died as well) concluded that there wasnt any malicious hand, just an accidental crash.

WASHINGTON: Western diplomats told Los Angeles Times, according to a report published on Sunday, that they found the Pakistani government statements on the assassination of Benazir Bhutto worrying in their wider implications.
“It’s not only that this is not a credible account of what happened – that’s obvious on the face of it,” said a
diplomat familiar with security matters, speaking on condition of anonymity.
He was commenting on the government’s changing version of the assassination, which, in its third take attributed Benazir’s death to a head injury suffered as she fell through the opening of the vehicle she was in.
An eager govt: A Western diplomat told the newspaper, “It’s that it raises questions about why the government is so extraordinarily eager to avoid acknowledging the role of a gunman, whether or not the wounds were fatal. At the very least, it’s puzzling.” Several analysts said the use of a handgun in addition to explosives is a
departure for militant groups in Pakistan.
“This is not by any means a signature killing by Al Qaeda,” security analyst Nasim Zehra told the Los Angeles Times, “A targeted shooting, even in combination with a familiar suicide bombing, makes it look more like a political killing than one by some militant group.” Columnist Ikram Sehgal said, “Obviously, they were studying her movements in the course of the political campaign. Inside the rally, it was relatively secure; her problem was entering and leaving. She was highly vulnerable at that time. It was done very professionally. It was a ‘hit’.”
That degree of professionalism suggests to some experts the hand of Pakistan’s security apparatus, which has previously aided and abetted militant groups, including the Taliban, according to the newspaper’s correspondent who filed the report from Pakistan.
Also quoted was security analyst Ayesha Siddiqa, “The agencies have ongoing connections with the militants. It’s very simplistic to talk about the militants doing this and doing that, all the while acting alone.”

Govt Chamchas can go on and on and come up with stupidist theories, the fact remains that video clearly shows the bullet hits BB and she went down.
Now who did it, is a different discussion altogether. But the big quesiton is, why Govt tried to twist the story. Same doctor Musaddiq on Thursday eve said she was shot dead and less than 24 hour he has something else to say.
