It’s not that easy in Pakistan to see them off your door, first they will give a long lecture on how evil kaafirs are and how Muslims are suffering all around the world (they really think you don’t know that) and you can’t even yawn on that or you’ll die.
Then after they finish the lecture, they will ask for money in return for saving yourself from dozakh ki aag
On one occasion when I said I couldn’t pay anything as I had just given money to a charity, they said I had committed a gunnah and I can undo that gunnah by paying them

I’ve never heard of such a thing, and we’ve moved to a lot of different cities. They don’t ask for money, and that is not for them to do. Jamaat rule is: you can’t talk about the punishment, only the benefits because your trying to bring people close to Islam, not scare them away. I really think people need to understand tabligh before they judge it, and attend it with people who have knowledge about Islam. I know there are all there are people in Jamaat who claim everything is haraam and so on, but like anything else there will always be people who like to twist and turn things
