Ya started 7am from south side of our island and finished 6sh on the north side. covered 4 state parks. It was chilly when we started, got sunny around noon and then rained like something around 4. So was all soaked up and tired by the end

Absolute waste of last 11 days. Need to get inspired again. Else have a long climb ahead. That's life.

I am dying to get six pack but :frowning:

Now a days in evening jogging 6.5 KM in 54 Min to 56 Minutes, doing Gym 1/2 hour, Abs exercise 30 to 40 minutes …Biceps, Triceps, Chest, shoulders are in shape aur upto some extent stomach is nice too but bally fat :frusty:

Taking only Cucumbers, Carrot and Tomato in dinner.

Yesterday completed 3 rounds (3.2 KM each) in 1:23 Hrs , Started 1.15 Hrs before sun set...starting temp. was 38 C and after completion it was 30 C

1st round 27 Minutes

2nd round 28 Minutes
3rd round 28 Minutes

I have reduced 1.5 inches waist. Now a days concentrating on Jog and it seems muscles also getting squeezed :(

Last 14 days have been waste. 9 days travel. Then travel took its toll. Been sick last 3 days.

But u r inspiring me to get started once I recover.

I decided to go for 9+ KM after rest day only but yesterday had plenty of time, so completed 3 rounds (each round 3.2 KM). But from today again ll do 2 rounds only as I get too much exhausted and unable to do other workouts.

1st round 30 Minutes
2nd round 27 Minutes
3rd round 30 Minutes

Sunday went to track for first time in 21 days. No stop watch. Just do what u can. Ended up doing 6 reps of 600m. Haven't recovered from cough yet. So coughed thru the night and through the day today.

Went for jog today. Probably 1.5 miles. Then some weights.

Need Oifu back home. Let myself go eating crap. Long climb back.

Went to track to do 400 reps. Let's totally sore. First round gave up after 300m. Was at 2 min pace for 400m. Then 4 more attempts. Had to settle for 200m. 53 sec. 1 min..57 sec. 1 min.

Then 2 400s. 1 min 49 sec. 2 min 2 sec.

Called it quits. Baby steps.

Not logging training details led to irregular workouts, missed workouts and overall laziness. Will log each day (if that's OK with Mods).

Today - stretching. Situps. Pushups. One set of wts. One 20 lb dumbell. Curls. One set of 10.

Plus 1.8 miles walk at lunch.

With the pain persisting in the foot, went to a specialty running shoe store. I was made to run on treadmill which was filmed. Protonation. Low arc. The gal took imprint of my foot on the insert. And recommended shoes with stabilizer in the mid part of the shoe. I chose.a light and slightly heavier shoe. One from Brooks other saucony. Slight pain persisted with the heavier shoe. Pain disappeared with light shoe.

Ran 4 miles with breaks sat morn. Ran 4 400 reps sunday. 2 min 1 1 min 50 2 min 2 min 4. No pain.

The season started this Saturday.
