The problem is that the** distribution even in Punjab is not fair**, we can see this in all provinces. I am in favour of division of provinces, but the work should be done professionally and not through rhetoric.

That is exactly what I said, the majority party diverts the resources to the places it favors/likes for future gains. If we have smaller provinces, the diversion will be less, more areas will have chances of development.
