True, but question remains, who will do it rather if it had been done much earlier , the cries for saraiki and other provinces wouldn’t have gotten stronger.

I agree with you, a lot of injustices have been done with seraiki areas. With sharifs ruling I don’t see any difference to this. I didn’t like musharraf but his local government system did take governance and infrastructure to even those areas which had always remained neglected.
