As long as we have one party representing the biggest province, they will eat up the majority of resources and they will divert resources to their favored places to secure their future political gains.

The problem is that the distribution even in Punjab is not fair, we can see this in all provinces. I am in favour of division of provinces, but the work should be done professionally and not through rhetoric.
