The districts in the Blue line are already Punjabi majority, the four ones in red lines are a bit tricky and there should be a referendum there to see what they want to do, and the remaining should form one province. It has become a political issue but I dot think it warrants to have a province for two districts like Bahawalpur/Bahawalnagar.
