Agree with Sannan. If division is made on the basis of ethnicity and without addressing actual problems of the area then its useless and will lead to another division of the new provinces on the basis of Gaddi / Biradri / Jageer, etc.

I’m sure then Muhajir in Bahawalpur & Multan will establish MQM there too. This is bitter Truth as some forces already trying to create these things there too which I really hate. Although i really hate this word Muhagir & local as the people who ve born there are not Muhabir. They are part of Pakistan now and they should call Pakistani first.
