I am all for devalution of power, but wouldn’t a seraiki or bhawalpur province (pre-One Unit status) actually make punjab that is left over richer, since I think it is southern punjab that drags punjab down over all? Northern and central punjab (areas around lahore) are very well off.

I am not in favor of a dramatic change , I am now asking for promoting divisions of each province at this stage and than this should be left on their respective provincial assemblies .
