Peshawar is a logical choice. Agreed!
However granting FATA a province status doesn't mean "further divisions" of Pushtoons. Why?
- FATA and Frontier are already separate and divided
- FATA itself is divided into many "agencies" being ruled by FAT political agents.
So if anything, a Khattak province will unite all the tribal agencies while keeping the Peshawar government untouched.
