really its an interesting thread....

infact the idea is not bad as we normally use some pots which resemble to "LOTA" we freely use those, one examplary pic is posted above.
similarly we also eat "Chapal kabab" with great appitite but never think bad of it then y argue on serving dishes in LOOTA?

but i will suggest u to first introduce these dishes aborad or in 7/5 star hotels. when these dishes became popular u will see a LOOTA Food Culture every where...:D (zayada hasney ka nahin kiyoon k main wajeh jaanti hoon ;))

guys...come on come up with something different, your copy cat foods following the original lota gosht idea are begining to sound the same. I would have thought atleast one of you guys would have suggested ugaal-daan chana bhatora :)

so I have a new idea..

Lota gosht… served in a lota, u pick the meat from the top and then pour the salan from the spout..

for vegetarians we can have lota daal…it will be the brown daal made spicy..

I have been getting some good ideas from others already..like

lota koftay may be more appropriate..
someone said lota qeema
and one gentleman suggested lota maghaz or lota paaya

and the customer tae teh lota with them.. u know they will need it..(courtesy of RT wolf)

Sounds delicious, as long as there are no chocolate chips in the lota murghi, and or chicken soup that is more like gravy.
