Please tell us why Bhutto made a political cell inside ISI and why the last PPP govt wanted it under interior ministry when the gorment has police, rangers / FC and a domestic ISI counterpart called IB (FIA is for financial crimes) ?

Army involvment in politics goes back to 1950’s. I don’t understand what do you want to say? Read history of army’s involvement in politics then enlighten your concocted wisdom here.
