New Coach

Re: New Coach

It neither about foreign or local coach rather personalities, Bob was a great coach and Inzi could have been a better captain, but both had laid back personalities that resulted in no back up plan. Considering that Younis will be the next captain and assuming that he will be able to consistently remain one of the main batsmen in both ODI and Test for next four years, we need a coach that will mesh with his personality. He needs a coach that will keep the locker room disciplined, also keep the board members to personally and uselessly criticizing him. Younis wants presence, which means when he is on the field he wants all control, we need a coach that will not only help him improve his batting but also positively work with his problems as a captain.

Inzi required a coach that would have questioned him at the beginning and the end of the day. What field placements to choose? Bowling changes.... batting order and the entire strategy of the game, he never got a coach like that neither his vice-captain fraught in to help him out.

So, we must have a coach that will help the batsmen improve their batting. Take care of the locker room as more 'personalities' will arise. Take care of the media and their self made scandals, have a plan B for worst case scenarios and groom new players in case someone goes into a bad patch.
