Ok a very kind member (yeah right!) let me access their computer yesterday and trouble shoot the problem, I bet I couldnt have without it. The fix will be made available tonight (in 10 hours). Lets see if it works for everyone.
My stop and pause buttons remain greyed out. 
Does it play the "Brought to you by gupshup" message?
hmm, somethin’s fishy.. I swear I posted in the other thread 
no it doesn’t. but then I sent the msg anyway and when I played once it was loaded, it played the welcome msg.

Is he/she having same problem ? then tell us the exact steps you did !

Find out all the dependency libraries of our component and register them in your computer manually. It should work fine then.
Hayaa:
Goto your c:\GSAG folder. There should be a file called test.wav. Can you play it in your Windows media Player?
Can you tell me:
A. What windows
B. What version of win media player
C. IE version
Ps. What other thread? :p
can somebody please tell me if the above mentioned prob is solved? I am getting into similar situation..

We took out FA because we'll take out FA player as well. Then FA files wonr work anyway.

People with problem should run this setup file.
It will install and register all the required libraries. After the installation, you should click on the little underscore besides the Uploader link. That should show you the control. Problem people might have to use the underscore for ever. If it works, we’ll either unify them or make a bigger link.
Tell me if this works. People who have AG working fine, please dont experiment. You might muck yer software up, and rest assured I wont try it fix it if you do.

that’s the problem:bummer: both “STOP” and “PLAY” button are disabbled when i press “RECORD” button… i just hear that test5.wav file when i press the record and that red Recording… keeps blinking in left bottom corner but buttons are disabled:o
