Tools Menu | Options | Security | Custom Level
This should be the settings:
Download signed ActiveX Controls --> Prompt
Download unsigned ActiveX Controls --> Disabled
Initialize and script ActiveX Controls not marked as safe --> Prompt
Initialize and script ActiveX Controls not marked as safe --> Prompt
Run ActiveX controls and plugins --> Prompt
Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting --> Enabled
I am getting the ame thing occuring. All settings are as you mentioned Who--me. Am on IE6(if it helps)

Can you explain the problem clearly and in detail?
What do you see? A little box with a dont in the middle?
If yes, you need to close all IE windows and restart it.

Its either
A. Permission problem
Try: Run ActiveX controls and plugins --> Enabled
B. Initialization Problem
Close All browsers and start them again
While yer there
Goto:
Tools Menu | Settings | View Objects...
Do you see GSAG.GSAudioControl?
Size should be 84kb
There is no GSAG.GSAudioControl listed on my system under the options you mentioned.
Also browser has been restarted and system also. And security settings are as you suggested earlier on.

Remove the control
Clear Temp files
ReStart browser
Try installing it again.
Can you also give it few minutes. And see if it loads up (shouldnt happen though).
It takes a few minutes to install on a new PC and asks you about the security screen 4 times.
nai yar, it is asking only for two times for security certificate, then goes to sleep!
give it a few min.
Give it 20 min. lets see.
