Once I felt a slight shock with my phone but I guess it was because my feet were wet and bare and my mobile cover is metal and was charging. Now my question is I charge my phome normally with a USB cable through my computer, is that dangerous as well? Normally how much current passes through USB cable?

USB operates at 5V (DC) that should be of no concern, current would depend on load..
