No one is forcing anyone to be a vegatarian, im not sure where ur getting that from…

I didn’t mean that either, I only used the forcing of one’s ideals onto others and used vegetarianism as one.

The point once again,** is that we should avoid inflicting needless pain and suffering wherever possible. Islam teaches as much.** If there is any way in which we can lessen the suffering of an animal, then its in incumbent upon us to explore such ways further. You don’t necessarily have to be a vegetarian to still be compassionate. If a vegetarian life style is not an option, you can still make it so that the animal you consume does not suffer needlessly on its way to ur plate.

Islam teaches us to not cause pain on animals other than when sacrificing them.
