Following are a few of the things that bother me given that I have spent years back home in Karachi, going to government offices and institutes with my father where you need to "dhakkaY khaa" even for small little legitimate things as a citizen.

• The 'Red tape' mentality of our nation
• Nokar Shahi Vs Afsar Shahi
• Why do people among us, when reached the higher status, do not give a damn about people whom they belong to.

These issues may seem to be less important to some but actually they make huge difference.

and this reminds me of another issue i.e. Status Symbol - Egotism among Pakistanis.
Blue Collar jobs aren't considered very respectable. People who make fun of others, don't really mind working in restaurants, factories in Western countries. Need to make Pakistanis realize that no job is less respectable and its perfectly alright to be a street hawker. This could really encourage unemployed people to come forward and feel good working anywhere.
