Re: Need ur advice and prayers during this hard ttime…
Sorry.. I thought it was sarcastic. Well that’s sonethin i am not sure about. One says the guy has no right to claim the gifts that he has given to his wife. So those are hers. But like said before these people have crossed the limits of kameengi, so i dunno if we are obligated to go with the demands…
Thanks twinklestar In Shaa Allah and Ameen! It’s not about the lost money, mum and dad told my sis that she should see that as her sadqa. It’s about the shatterd dreams and the process of khula/talaak… I hope that Allah will grant my sis justice and help her gettin a worthy spouse, who will stand next to her and support her in every possible way (ameen!)
Yehi dar hey, that they won’t give a divorce soon… And we don’t know if they will come along with the Khula.. Do you know by chance if we need a lawyer in pk to? I mean if we apply it from here, would that be enough?
And if they get divorced from the uk law, will that be enough for the islamic way?
