I got an interview and test for a news channel. What should i expect in the test because personally i have no idea what so ever!

Fraudia's right, we can offer best advice if we're sure what post youve applied for and what channel it is, where it's stationed and what language youre to be selected for.
the basic stuff is just be confident and well groomed and speak clearly and do some homework on current affairs and your opinions.

This is unbelievable 
so you don’t know where you applied..what position u applied for..Employer calls u for an interview and he doesn’t know what job was advertised…Only IN Pakistan. 
I know what I applied for but I applied at three different times for three different positions, so I didn't know what they called for :p
Irem its' an urdu channel and I think they are more concerned with my Urdu skills rather than english :p

well not ncssrily irem, a friend of mine just given interview @ GEO in fun fun n she even got selected n she’s kindda down 2 earth, modest si bandi, not thoze ultra mod fashionable type of stuff. haan she told m k da fellawz ova there had 2 spend 1/2 n hr 4 her complete overhaulin ( i mean makin her total horrible wid all dat make up, banda saamnay say daikhay tau cheenkh maaray ) lekin frm da camera’s window she looked simply stupendous. teknikally they tested her accent most prolly coz she applied 4 da newzreader post

I took the test, went for interview the next day, the person apart from other things asked me the urdu of Spagettis :D Kher after the interview I got a call from him asking me about two references, I gave him two, he asked me to join the next day. It wasn't a job but a three month research internship for a talk show. I took it up since I needed a job badly. I worked really hard sometimes 18 hours a day after three months I was hired as permanant employee and today I am working for the same show as Associate Producer, with chances of becoming a full producer in coming years. From a girl with little confidence, I have a become someone who has an opinion about everything :D
The best part is I love what I am doing :)
