I work out regularly @least 2 hrs daily hmmmm infact I only work out 3 days a week the other 3 days I teach TaeKwonDo.
Any how, in the gym mostly i do cardio, If i m usin any machines then they r the ones 4 legs/calves/thighs. Recently I hv noticed dat my biceps n triceps r developing dat i really dun want na . I wear salwar kameez mostly n i dun want my arms 2 look ghundoan walay. I wonder y’s dat happenin coz i dun use any machine for arms. Is it coz of da pushups v hv 2 do 4 da martial arts???

push ups work out your arms. Also taekwondo works out your entire body …so you are working out your arms even if it may not seem like it.
There is nothing wrong with developing the muscles in your arms as long as you’re not bulking up. Long lean muscles look nice and working it out will prevent you from getting sagging and loose arms as you age. so dont worry about it …it’s a good thing :k:

In TaeKwonDo I mostly use my legs 4 kix, I avoid using arms s possible, mostly i use them 4 defense. So If I’ll stop doin pushups that mite help rite??
bulking up doesnt look nice on a girl…long lean muscle does (ie toned arms/defined arms). i guess everyone has their own opinion about what looks nice though.
i wouldnt suggest giving up push ups because they wont make you bulk up…using heavy weights however may.
Well you are doing something to work those muscles. Find out what it is and gradually reduce it.
I only exercise my arm muscles when Im walking, other than that the amount of digging I do with a shovel is enough to work 'em out.
dat I m trying 2 figure out myself n other then the pushups or crunches can't think of any thing else, may b they are the pushups coz they are kindda extreme workout. Mostly v hv 2 do them on our knuckles/clap n then land back/do it with 1 hand etc.
I dun even do any weights in dat just because of this
