Not moving it to the non-existant corner room Seema but I think your thread better suits the health forum. We happen to have a physical trainer here too by the name of Amani01, maybe you can try PMing her to reply to your thread.

I also asked the trainer @ the gym @ he said that 1 of the machines i was using for the abs, dat was da culprit. he advised me sum version of squats instead so let’s see wat happens

By the pic you posted, I dont think you need extensive workout to lose weight.

It should be more concentrated to reduce the waistline.

my weight n BMI is fine, n da waistline is due to the sweater i was wearing under the dress
I m 1 of those rare ppl who even feel cold in khi
