Prasad is part of the offering that is made to god, after Aarti when food is offered to god, it is share from same club of sweets offered

Then prasad and Nazr o Niyaz got different concepts.. because Nazr o Niyaz is not followed by Pooja. Its more like as Hindu people feeding poor on the death anniversary of the dear ones.
