Why PMLN is trying to break Pakistan. What I do not understand why they could see that this thing is turning into Punjabi with rest of Pakistan. CJ Iftikar is Punjabi Judge that is the reason Nawaz Shariff want him to be reinstate. Although chief Justice (Retd) Iftikar is from Baluchistan on fake domecile he is punjabi.

Not a single judge from baluchistan resign from Baluchistan over the issue. Recent killing in Quetta is just the indication of thing are going to come. IF CJ Iftikar is reinstate and MQM do not accept and goes on strike and close down karachi. Only result would be army take over and final result would be break of Pakistan.

In other words a constitutional act to reinstate CJ is impossible because a political pressure group is holding the biggest city of Pakistan hostage to its political ambitions.

You forgot to mention what differences does CJ has with MQM?, Army has taken over reins of civilian administration four times in the past, and it will probably do that again in future whether or not CJ is reinstated, but why Pakistan will break a part this time if Army takes over?, care for the details?

Who says MQM will close down Karachi? It depends on PPP, if they ask MQM to do that (just like Mushy did) then they will close down Karachi. It means it is upto PPP to break Pakistan or not, repeat 1971?

MQM not accepting Justice Iftikhar is understandable as he instantly will take Suo Moto of 12 May,2007 mayhem done by MQM and killed 50 innocents citizens of Karachi.So whole MQM will be declared as Terrorsit Organization by Election Commission. BTW Canada Supreme Court already declared MQM this.

What the hell is wrong with some people??? There was no Punjabi/Sindhi crap when Musharraff and Shaukat were in power, there is no problem when Zardari(Sindhi) becomes president (with Sharif's full backing) but it's a problem when Sharif backs Iftikhar(from Balochistan)????
Why do some people start this propaganda and add more problems to our ever increasing troubles???

I have always supported Musharraff and will keep supporting him forever because i think he was good for Pakistan(not because he was Muhajir/Sindhi?Punjabi or whaever).

cj iftikhar is as much sindhi, baloch as he is punjabi and even more.

he has somehow absorbed himself in baloch/pasthun culture, starting with his sons name is balach, daughters palwasha. balach is balochi name and palwasha a pashtun.

furthermore see his casual attire a typical baluchi/sindhi attire, sindhi cap with shalwar kameez.

he speaks sindhi, balochi, not sure about pashto, that i know because one of sindhi nationalist politician who is a brilliant orator and lawyer as well stands behind him and has wrote an article a year back saying:

"after him becoming CJ, when i met him i asked him to do the Job for the sake of duty not for the sake of salary or status and he replied rest assured iwill"
he CJ proved his words.

by the way it is first time all nationalists across the board baloch,sindhis, pathan punjabis stand behind him and reason PMLQ did well in balochistan in elections because nationalists balochi parties boycotted the polls along with achakzai...

I don't like NS much but did he ever indulge in any provincialism? He sat down with Zardari and talked and tried to convince. Apparently Zardari agreed, promised and then turned away. PPP won a lot of seats in Punjab with the manifesto of restoring CJ.

Adlia not means Iftekhar.90% of Judges are back on their seats.Iftekhr is a PCO judge and also father of a special Arsalan .Dogar Iftekhar and Nawaz Sharif all three are in same catagory by race by acts and fathers of very very special children.
