I watched this programme and must say that Nawaz Sharif does not seem like a good man. To me, I could only see corruption written all over his face and he kept contradicting himself. I have heard that Shahid Masood is not allowed back to Pak -is this tue?

Even pro-Nawaz newspapers like The Nation have been commenting on how he could come back to country now, as Musharraf is supposedly facing such a tough time at the moment. The fact that he won't shows what a A-class coward he really is.

I am not certain that he was a director but definitely a big post there and as i mentioned in my earlier posts an ordinary RMO cant have this post without having any powerful links.He was in PSF that is for sure.**Dr saab nay shayad “apna dosto ristaydaro gird nawah kay logo ka khayal na rakho **” so that might be be one of the reasons for his outser from the party only if that has happened

Lets wait for dr saab’s next move if ppp comes back to power.

And, another very imp thing from that interview was that mian saab also expressed some unfavorable sentiments for Gen Zia. imagine the irony! obviously it was just empty sentences to please the media, masses and others to gain some momentum against the present fauji hakoomat. Whatever he is as a politician, was because of Zia, he was zia's pet and reaped benefits after his exit, now he had the nerve to show his hypocrisy. whatever was acceptable to him under zia is now unacceptable under Musharraf, only because he is musharraf...? Imagine, had it been another general right now, and had musharraf long gone/retd since the 12 Oct 99 episode with him, would mian saab's anti-wardi rhetoric still have been the same? he would have been much more active seeking a deal...or dheel...

Yes ineed. Also for 10 years after Zia's death the Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) used to commemorate his death anniversary, and its leaders including Nawaz used pay homage to his grave in Faisal Masjid.
