the formula is like this!
If there is terrorist attack, then it is Govt’s fault, but if the terrorist attack is foiled and nothing happens, it is Army!
If someone want to smuggle currency out of Pakistan, and get caught, it is Army’s achievement and if someone is not get caught then it is Govt’s responsibility.
If Terrorists are being targeted and killed through out Pakistan, then it is Army, and if for some reason, they are found any where then it is govt’s fault.
If Karachi operation is a success (which is seems to be achievable) then kudoos to army and if it is a failure, it is because of Govt
If Moody is improving Pakistan’s rating for straight two years, then it is army achievement ( don’t even dare to ask me how) if economy is in shambles then it is because of govt.
When Raheel Sharif was made COS, then criticize the decision, but now it proves to be right choice, now everyone forgot who picked him!!!

Yes it does.
Well it usually does. Not so much in pakistan. (for example nothing is being done about water)
Seems like other then building show off project every thing in pakistan moving under momentum it carried from long time ago.
Eventually going to break down if it hasn’t.
Major part of the problem is being resolved by army.

Which problems monk? In 6 months if we don’t have electricity is the army to blame? if in 6 months people don’t have gas at home is the army to blame? How about jobs? Income? Health? Education?
These are all aspects of governance you give the army credit for as they took over governance so in 6 months when nothing changes. You agree we will blame the army right?

Water quality is not checked/maintained. Its said hepatitus infections are growing
exponentially.
And Govt is making show off bridges.
That tells, Govt is not doing any thing to keep people alive.
They do thing to make them fool.
Once this out of the way.
We can assume any thing below people dying does not create sense of urgency in
Govt.
We can also assume any problem below people dying like jobs etc also is not pirority of the Govt.
Why country still going(dragging) because back in days some did some actual work on infrastructure and stuff. now like a broken truck system is moving under momentum.
I give army credit(from post this post on ward) for only thing being worked on and fixed.

And just to point out bridges are necessary so are roads. Look at the economic recover of Europe after the world war. Look at the economic development of India. Road and Rail create economic booms. That is why the US has focused over two centuries on their road and rail network.
Thinking that people should not have bridges is just short sighted ignorance. Simple as that.

I must have said “they” for NS/SS you must have understood it for army.
I mean only long term planning/solution being done in pak is being done by army.
Think about it. What would do first.
Keep people free of illness and death or make questionable bus service which happen to be shiny and visible etc. etc.

For math we need logic.
For premise.
Let me lay it again.
1-Only constructive/long term thing is being done by army.
2-SS/NS if they are not interested in keep people alive and no ill, is safe to assume any of less intensity would not bother them.
3- number 2 imply that infrastructure(hospitals/flood planning/water quality) is not priority.
4- 3 implies in existing institutes like wapda/wasa etc etc there is no changing being done to deal with changing situations of population and environment.
5- 4 brings us back to 2 then 3 then 4… bad unfortunate circle.
As for the army question I repeat.
Its not army’s fault.
Its not army accountability to correct water problem.
