And I would blame the two people who brought Zia and Musharaff on. 
It were the civilian governments that made a mess of all things, and practically paved the way for both dictators. If I had a time machine, I’d kidnap all four while the day they were born and drop them in the wild jungles of Africa. Or the icy colds of Antarctica.
