nikki apa i dont agree with u... it doesnt say anywhere in islam... have u ever seen anyone from iran egypt or anyne from any other country doing it????
it says at alot of places in islam about Qurbani.
i dono about iran, and mostly they follow a different sect then mine so i dono but Saudis, UAE ppl, palestinians and Iraqis do it.
and as AQ explained it is Wajib.
if u can afford u have to do it.
