Spock look at the facts, BB did work towards power generation only that suited her or her husband deep pockets, sold Thermal licenses to HUBCO and the similar on very high tariffs that WAPda would only be able to supply the people after paying from its own pocket. this stayed on courts many year on top of that they allowed to have thermal plants that will not use the local coal from Thar but only imported Coal due its design and structure.
Ghazi Barotha was stopped cause in 1997 nawaz government couldnt provide the funding for the project matching the donors.

apart from that only new dams initiated during the last government which will be completed in few years time. before that no government really give a damn to this issue faced by the country after Ayoub khan era. which is still the back bone of the country power generation.
