THE widow of a former Pakistani army chief, General Asif Nawaz, who unexpectedly died of heart failure in January, says she has proof that he was poisoned. Nuzhat Nawaz has lodged a report with the police and appended a medical report by an American forensic expert which shows that a sample of the late general's hair, taken from his hairbrush, contained fatal levels of arsenic.
