Naughtiness is a jazba , that can come out anytime and anywhere . Us kai liye free hona ya busy hona , is absolutely not relevant.

I think its more to do with your own self. People who are social, like to be center of attention, like a light , friendly environment around themselves and feel this is a way to connect with the others , they tend to create small naughty instances around them . While it might be annoying to some , its actually this person’s way of socializing and connecting with others around them.

I think its more to do with your own self. you’re right.. but I asked keh agar koi bilkul free ho to kya wo ZIADA shararti hojata hai??

by the way I like your reply in some way.. but this center of attention is not agreeable.. shararti hone ka is se kya taluq?? also I think who aren’t so social can be sometimes more naughty you never know

Response to the text in red , yes , shararat sochnay kai liye bi waqt chahiye hota hai , so that it can be executed to perfection. Ye kaam aik free insaan hi ker sakta hai !

About the center of attention bit , well , this is not in a negative way. But people who tend to be easy going and really good at connecting with others , really like being noticed when they are around. They want to be acknowledged for their presence . That is what I mean by “center of attention” in this particular instance
