^^ the pak embassies in usa take almost 4 weeks (for regular applications) and i think for express it is 1 week or something like that.

Maybe you should call and check with the embassy on which one you should make. I think you would need NICOP as you are not living in pak but check with them. For applying, print the application and mail it to the embassy in your zone.

u can visit nadra,gov.pk for info and online application submission of NICOP cards
u can even download in PDF format NICOP forms fill it up with required docs and other things

Yes they are , once i called the embassy in Washington at 8 am in the morning...and the guy told me "Araay yaar Go to sleep ,why did you call so early in the morning" :)

I’m on a student visa in the US and at NADRA website for NICOP it states
2. Notwithstanding anything contained explained above, a citizen shall not be deemed to be a non-resident citizen under following conditions if: *
*(d) he is proceeding on **student visa* or for medical treatment provided that he fill and submit a form which shall be provided by the authority free of cost; or*
NOTE: **No card* will be issued to the categories specified in (d) and (e) above. *
So, I can't get NICOP, since I fall into student category, Right?
Another quick question
Is it possible to get CNIC online as I’m currently away from Pakistan? I need any Comouterized card ASAP to renew my passport.
