YoYo, Younis, Razzler, Taufee- Please learn about the mental aspect of cricket from senior players such as Imran, Javed, Wasim, Waqar and Saeed. It doesn't hurt giving them a call and asking for feedback before and after a series. As far as I know, all the senior cricketrs still follow the game very closely.

Good luck Pakistan. You got the individual brilliance, talent and ability. All you need is some guidance and mental toughness.

Are you the same funguy who was telling people that coaching is irrelevant in Cricket :D

Smoothie, Coaching and gaining from past experience are two different things. To me coaching is fielding practices, improving batting techniques and correcting bowling strategy.

A coach may not be able to tell a young player how to play under pressure and what goes on in big crunch matches.

I just read that Rashid Latif is NOT retiring, he found himself fit engouh to play for another 1 or 2 years.

Wasim, if retires, should not leave cricket circle of Pakistan, start coaching even if privately.

Waqar should think about moving to Test only.

We need more pacers, we are left with Shoaib and Mohd Sami only. We need to groom more pacers.
