exactly. actually there should be proper Board of Governers including retired cricketers & professionals, qualified managers. and they should be electing the Chairman.
Thes people don't want to spend their time where they don't get paid at all just for making these decisons and selections....You know this is what happend to the Hockey....& it all then comes to the highest authority.
