After a miserable weekend for Pakistan and cricket, this is probably the first whiff of good news.
Inzi leavng captaincy and retiring from ODI's is also positive, however, after all is said and done, Inzi has served Pakistan splendidly over the years starting from his fabulous knock in 1992; so his departure leaves a sad note for Pakistan cricket. Inzi was the last one from our victorious '92 team.
Nasim Ashraf, on the other hand, was nothing but incompetent and made a complete mess of things in team selection and to gave unwarranted powers to Inzi. Unfortunately Musharraf still has power to appoint his replacement and to date Musharraf has not impressed in this field at all.

Among all these available officials, Ramiz Raja seems to be way better. Yea he is better than those so-called professionals - mean & selfish red tape followers.
I hope Imran Khan provides some good names and Musharraf listens to him.

2- I dont understand why Musharraf is appointing PCB chairs anyways, atleast push it down to mnister of sports and whatever.

actually there should be proper Board of Governers including retired cricketers & professionals, qualified managers. and they should be electing the Chairman.
