Is it that men turn blind eye and deaf ear and then women start whining OR that men turn blind eye and deaf ear because of women’s constant whining (as in constant fights between wives and MILs etc)?

I think there cannot be any generalisation. One thing leads to another and all we get at the end is BADNAAM desis

alright i have to disagree here. Women, as some of the L1ians consider here are not monsrtous or habitual whinners or vamps. Its their men who do not have tacts and guts to deal with them. Women always depend on and look forward to the men folk of the family (it be fathers, husbands, sons, brothers) for support and strength and understanding. And when they find it absent obviously they will have ot vent and let their feeling out which you conveniently call whinning all the time. If issues are resolved there is no need of whines and all that. Obviously im not generalizing here, there is a small fraction of our society which has adopted this whinning thing as a habit and a means to blackmail but NOT EVERY WOMAN whines habitually and in order to blackmail.
