Not triangle shaped, they're more like puris but with chicken or daal in them.

I was going to ask the same , filled poori’s are called kachori …

My understanding of bahtoora is that they slightly fluffier then the usual poori’s .. no?

Yeah but kachoris are different, these are filled more like parathas. You just have a thin layer so yes they are only slightly more fluffier than pooris.

Tabu, channay ki recipe , i have choried from nikki… she gave some really nice tips in GTG’s channay wala thread … poori ki recipe i will post along with the pictures inshallah … and sheermal i am making for the first time , so lets see how they come out … rest of the recipes i will post along with the pictures …
