well it depends on what u believe is halal. nando's gets their chicken from a company that uses machines to zibah the chicken. and there is a 100 chicken being zibah in like one second. so bismillah is said once for many chickens. so it is up to u.

Of course you went to freemans to see all of this? or did "Mr 99p chiecken'n'chips" tell you the other day?

Here in England they serve Halal chicken In most banches.

In UK nandos serve freemans chicken in all their restaurants. Freemans only do halal chicken. The reason Nando has only declared a few of them halal is because of the rivalry between many of the halal monitoring committees we have in UK. Every mullah has his version of halal.

and every mullah will certify for inflated travelling expenses and monthly subscription. If you dont pay it's the case of some dont sell halal, I dont know about them. Play safe and buy from my customers i.e. those paying subscription for a ****ty certificate.

I know, I run a halal chicken processing unit. The trouble I have with the mullahs, if you are not buying from their certified place it is not halal. Makes you wonder at times.

Can ruin a business with one rumour. A lot of my friends are under the impression Nandos haram regardless. Same charges where also levied against Nawaab Premier and Mumtaz.
