this. just make it clear that you and your husband will have the final choice to avoid any ill feelings in case you choose a name from your parents side and not something the inlaws suggested.
OR
ask your parents privately to submit their favourite names to you, and then you put them forth as your own personal selections when the time comes for you and hubby to decide. this really is one case where not everyone needs to know everything.
