I just wanted to start a thread with names one should avoid and why. I mean some are obvioys, you dont want to name yer kid osama if u are in US, I mean u may be all gung ho and all but the kid will et harassed.

abay oye..the thread is about pakistani names that do not work in the west. for names that dunn work in china or india open a diff thread. pooray thred ka satya naas
......not only harassment but it also generates inferiority complex in a child in school setup.....he does not like his name but he is going to live with it....
guys check out some southindian names, you will litrally roll on the floor laughing, i cant post them here, they are just too crude and not for the faint hearted.
