If you had your own restaurant, what would you name it? What kind of food would you sell? (I’m curious!)
I’d probly sell seafood and name mine Blue Jasmine. Er, I think I got the name from the film, but I still like it!

My restaurant would only serve street food. Made right in front of you. It will be decorated with tiny piles of (hygienic)koora in the corners, and little ladybugs dressed as flies would flitter around the restaurant. A balding uncle with moochain would walk around the restaurant pretending to hawk a loogie. The chefs would occasionally be sprayed with water to resemble sweat dripping off their faces as they cook the foods. Ground up flowers like roses etc would occasionally blow in the wind to resemble the dust flowing around. And it would be incomplete without a machine making fresh gannay ka juice. And it would be called The Tharra.

The maître d’ is dressed in a “dirty” shalwar kameez with a malmal ki chaddar draped over his shoulder. He will gladly offer you a table and chair made of old palettes.
